This is the final layer applied to your snow effects. It is fine hex crystal plastic made to give the scattered snow a bright shimmer when applied to the snow instead of the iridescent flakes. It is sold by the lb and shipped in zip lock bags. A 5 lb bag is usually ideal per each box of scattered snow.
