This is a secondary layer to be sprinkled onto the scattered snow. It gives the snow a faint pearlescent glow and a more realistic look. It is sold by the pound and shipped in plastic zip lock bags so the contents do not scatter during shipping. A 5lb bag is usually ideal per each box of scattered snow.
